Participation or attendance at programs or events sponsored by Ohio Living or its affiliates, including Ohio Living Lake Vista and Mahoning Valley Lifelong Learning Institute, constitutes consent of the participant or attendee to permit Ohio Living to take, copyright and use images (photographs, videotape, digital or other images) or sound recordings for use in print and/or any electronic media format including, without limitation, social media and other websites for advertising, marketing, fundraising or promotional purposes of Ohio Living, without expectation of compensation by the participant or attendee. The participant or attendee releases to Ohio Living all proprietary rights and copyrights in all such images or sound recordings and releases and discharges Ohio Living, its officers, directors and agents from any and all claims, liability, actions, suits, demands, costs or expenses arising out of or in any way related to the use of such images or sound recordings.
